[ Homemade Waffles ]


I'm always looking for new recipes for breakfast.  My kids are picky morning eaters - Tias hates pancakes + eggs.  Siah hates peanut butter.   Katia changes her mind every two minutes.  But I made these this morning and they ALL loved them.

That's a game-changer for me.

Homemade Waffles
Ingredients:

2 large eggs
2 cups flour
1 + ¾ cup milk 
½ cup vegetable oil 
1 tbsp sugar
4 tsp baking powder 
2 teaspoons vanilla


Directions: 

1. Pre-heat waffle pan.
2. In a large bowl, beat eggs until fluffy.
3. Add all other ingredients + blend.
4. Grease waffle pan.
5. Ladle waffle mix; cook until desired consistency.
