[ Trader Joes Gluten Free Oatmeal Cookies ]

1 cup peanut butter
1/4 cup butter
3/4 cup sugar
3/4 cup brown sugar

2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla
1 1/4 tsp baking soda
1 tsp vanilla

3 cups Trader Joe's Rolled Oats
6 oz chocolate chips


1.  Preheat oven to 350F.
2.  In a large bowl, combine sugar, brown sugar, peanut butter and butter and beat until creamy.
3.  Add eggs, vanilla and baking soda and mix well.
4.  Stir in oats, chocolate chips and nuts.
5.  Place teaspoon full of dough on a lightly greased cookie sheet about 2inches a part.
6.  Bake 10-12 minutes until lightly brown around edges.
