Ingredients:
1 angel cake mix
2 pkg lemon pie filling
(egg yolks for pie filling, egg whites - beaten stiff)
whipping cream
Directions:
1. bake cake and break into small pieces.
2. cook pie filling then fold into beaten egg whites
3. In angel food pan, alternate filling and cake, beginning and ending with filling
4. unmold and spread with whipped cream
