Another sweet treat with less than 50 calories per serving and a stack of protein.
Ingredients:
1 packet sugar free jello
290g low fat greek yogurt
30g vanilla protein powder
Directions:
1. make the jello
2. put yogurts, protein power and jello in the blender
3. blend until frothy
4. pour into 6 small dishes (I use my tiny grey bowls)
