It's August 2024 and I'm down 20lbs since the beginning of the summer. So much work and discipline. But this week - I am supposed to be increasing my calories while keeping away from starches and sugars. I saw this on Tik Tok and made it in 5 min and it was a TOTAL treat with 27g of protein and 220 calories.
Ingredients:
30g chocolate protein powder
7.5g (about 1 tbsp) unsweetened cocoa powder
1 large egg
1/4 tsp baking powder
30ml unsweetened almond milk
1 packet of steevia
Directions:
1. in a microwave-safe mug, mix all the ingredients until smooth
2. Microwave on high for 60-80 seconds.
3. Let cool for a minute before enjoying.
